We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express through Paypal, money orders, and cashier's checks. To make a
payment you can use our online shopping cart or print a form
and mail it with your money order or cashier's check. You may also email us your
order and pay using Paypal. All paypal payments are billed as Cravero Services Incorporated. Since most things are handmade, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Returns
1. Shipping charges are not refundable.
2. Customer must contact Wild Lotus Gifts N' Beyond to make a return within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Return authorizations will not be granted after the stated return period has run out. Your money will be refunded minus 15% for a restocking fee.
3. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number. RMA numbers issued by Wild Lotus Gifts N' Beyond are good for 10 days only, any products must be received by Wild Lotus Gifts N' Beyond within that time in original unused condition to qualify for refund. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Wild Lotus Gifts N' Beyond highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
Security Measures
For credit card transactions, Wild Lotus Gifts N' Beyond adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether such orders have been confirmed and your payment sent. If your payment has already been sent for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
